Neal Miranda serves as Vice President and Senior Counsel for Chicago Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Having joined the operation in 2004, he is responsible for originating, coordinating, underwriting, and advising on complex multi-site/multi-state transactions. Prior thereto, Neal served for 18 years as Senior Vice President & Counsel with Title Associates, a commercial agent for Chicago Title, where he headed its national title operations. Seven years prior to that, he served as VP & Counsel with Ticor Title Insurance Company (now merged with and into Chicago Title) where he headed its national title services unit. When taken together, this adds up to greater than 30 years of experience in the title insurance industry, all with affiliations of one kind or another with Chicago Title.

Neal graduated from Xavier High School in NYC in 1973, the University of Scranton in Scranton, PA with B.A. in English in 1977, and from Fordham University Law School of Law in NYC with a J.D. in 1980. He was admitted to the Bar of the State of NY in 1981.
Neal has served on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation-NYC since 2001.
