Alecia Farquharson serves as Underwriting Counsel for Chicago Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She joined the Company in 2008 as an underwriting assistant and was promoted to Underwriting Counsel in 2012. Alecia has worked on many commercial, multi-million dollar transactions and strives to provide customers with a seamless closing process. She has extensive experience in underwriting multi-state acquisitions, refinances and loan modifications.

Alecia earned her bachelor’s degree from New York University in 2000 and her juris doctor from CUNY School of Law in 2005. In her spare time, Alecia enjoys playing Sudoku, traveling and zip-lining.
