Jessie serves as Vice President and Underwriting Counsel for Chicago Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She is responsible for managing all aspects of commercial closings on single and multi-site/multi-state real estate transactions. Jessie’s professionalism, dedication, and ability to build effective working relationships and provide practical solutions make her an asset to Chicago Title.

Prior to joining Chicago Title, she spent 15 years as Vice President and Counsel at Title Associates, a commercial title operation, and headed its national practice. In addition to handling multi-site/multi-state commercial transactions, Jessie closed commercial transactions involving wind farms and power generation facilities.
Jessie received a B.A. from Fordham University and received her J.D. from New York Law School. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
