Jennifer Beltrami serves as Underwriting Counsel for Chicago Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She joined the New York NCS operations in March 2015 after spending two years at Fidelity National Law Group, Fidelity National Financial’s in-house title litigation group. Her current focus is local commercial underwriting.

Jennifer presents CLE seminars on real estate, title litigation and title insurance underwriting issues and other topics of interest to the title insurance industry. She received a B.A. from Wellesley College in 1988; and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1996. Jennifer is admitted to practice in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
