Kathryn serves as Vice President and Counsel for Chicago Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Joining the real estate industry in 1994 and the title industry in 2000, she previously served as Nevada State Underwriter and Regional Counsel. As a member of the New York NCS team, Kathryn currently engages in sales and marketing with a focus on renewable energy transactions. She believes the key to successful transactions is partnering with clients to move towards a common goal.

Kathryn is a member of the Maryland, Arizona, and Nevada state bars. She has taught numerous continuing legal education seminars with a focus on real estate. Kathryn is a member of the WRISE (Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy). She earned her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. from George Washington University Law School. Kathryn currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
