Lisa Zicchinella serves as National Underwriter for Chicago Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She began with the company in March of 2004 as a national coordinator/assistant for large multi-site/state transactions. In 2010, Lisa was promoted to National Underwriter with responsibilities that include coordination/closing of single site commercial transactions, and multi-site/state transactions over $5 million. Additionally, she assists in the coordination of title comments for buyer/borrower, seller and lender’s counsels, coordination and recordation of documents, coordination of pro formas, review of escrow provisions/PSA’s, instruction letters, high liability approval entry, and review of recordable documents. Lisa closely coordinates with our local offices as a national business unit to close the transaction smoothly. Additionally, she works on escrow/settlement and disbursements for my transactions.

Lisa received the Company’s Circle of Excellence Award in June of 2007 and participated in and completed The Leadership Program from 2006/2007. She earned a bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey in 1998. Lisa enjoys traveling, reading, cross stitching, and spending time with family and friends.
