Matthew S. Bliwise serves as Vice President and Underwriting Counsel for Chicago Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. As an experienced attorney, he manages complex single- and multi-site transactions involving all types of commercial properties throughout the country. Matthew is also a frequent speaker at the International Council of Shopping Centers annual Law Conference.
