Neil A. Falcone serves as Vice President, Sales for Chicago Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He Joined Chicago Title in May 2011 and is currently involved in new construction and the renovation of multi-family, condominium buildings, commercial buildings, and shopping malls, as well as luxury condominium and townhomes. Neil also helped build an Affordable Housing & Supportive Housing team and worked on the team that helped build a system that provides insurance on New Market tax credit closings.
Neil practiced real estate and finance law for 12 years before coming into the title industry. He has brought that rich experience to title and as well as the belief that commitment to a customer’s goals, respect for their vision, and an understanding of their unique business needs are essential to providing unparalleled title services.

Neil received his J.D. from Bridgeport School of Law in 1985 and is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey. He holds membership in the following: New York Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Member of New York State Association for Affordable Housing, Member of Supportive Housing Network of New York, Board of Directors Citizens Housing & Planning Council, and Board of Directors of CAMBA, Inc.
