Rebecca serves as Assistant Vice President and National Underwriting Counsel for Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services operation in New York. Joining the company in 2016, she spent two years as Claims Counsel, five years as Commercial Underwriting Counsel in both New York and Dayton, Ohio, and two years as Associate Ohio State Counsel. Rebecca is responsible for underwriting complex, multi-site, and multi-state commercial transactions, including shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, and power plants. She specializes in navigating sophisticated transaction structures and resolving advanced underwriting challenges.

Rebecca is a graduate of William & Mary Law School with an undergraduate degree from St. John’s University. She lives in East Midtown, New York with her dog, Wells. Rebecca enjoys traveling, hiking, and puzzles.
