Siu Cheung serves as Assistant Vice President and National Referral Manager for Chicago Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She joined the Seattle, Washington operation in 1989 and in 1999 transferred to New York where she works to assist clients with their title needs across the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.
