Timothy P. Ring serves as Senior Vice President and Branch Manager for Chicago Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He joined Chicago Title in 1997 as State Counsel for Fidelity National Financial in New York State.

Timothy is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He is Vice President for the Title Insurance Rate Service Association, the title insurance rating agency for the State of New York. Timothy has led and participated in numerous seminars on a variety of real estate and title topics. He is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law with an undergraduate degree from Fordham University.
